Implementation & Deployment Specialist
Focus: CRM setups, automations, funnels, integrations, Google & Facebook Ads.
Schedule: 8 hours/day
Compensation: $800/month + bonuses
Monthly: +$50 for 100% tasks delivered within SLA, +$50 for <5% rework rate
Brand Development Specialist
Focus: Brand growth, media, content creation, design, and overall marketing presence.
Schedule: 4 hours/day
Compensation: $400/month (hourly)
Optional Monthly Bonus: +$50 if brand engagement metrics exceed target
Client Success
Specialist
Focus: Client communication, retention, satisfaction, follow-ups, and issue resolution.
Schedule: 4 hours/day
Compensation: $400/month + bonuses
Monthly: +$50 for no overdue follow-ups, +$50 for 90%+ satisfaction score, +$50 for reduced churn
